Woodside Park Homeowners Association Units 2, 3 and 4 is a Colorado 501(c)(4) not-for-profit corporation. We operate pursuant to Bylaws (see our Documents Page) and are governed by a seven-member board.
Our board is elected annually in October, to take office the following January 1. The board consists of four officers (President, Vice President, Treasurer, and Secretary) and three Directors at Large.
