Woodside Park HOA Units 1, 2, 3 and 4 is a voluntary association offering membership to all property owners in Woodside Park Units 1, 2, 3 and 4 in Pine Junction, Colorado. Your membership supports WPHOA in providing valuable services and making our community a better place to live. Every property owner in Woodside faces challenges that arise from living in the mountains, from clearing snow in the winter to protecting our properties from fire danger in the summer. Facing such challenges on our own can be daunting. Being a member of the Association allows each of us to benefit from collective strength. Join us, or renew your membership, and be a part of the future of Woodside! Dues are $30 per year, plus a one-time $10 fee when first joining. Click here for a membership application form.
While membership in the WPHOA is voluntary, please be aware that all lots in Units 2, 3 and 4 (not Unit 1) are subject to mandatory Covenants that have been in place since the creation of the three Units. The Covenants are enforced by an Architectural Control Committee established by the Covenants. A link to the Covenants can be found on our Documents Page. For a list of members of the ACC, please click here.

FIREWISE CHIPPING EVENTS - Updated 21 January 2023
Chipping is done for the season. We anticipate sign-up for Elk Creek Fire Protection District (ECFPD) Chipping to start in February or March with collection occurring in the late summer. We will send out an email to everyone one on our email list when the information becomes available. Last year ECFPD was filled to capacity and not everyone who wanted this service was able to get it. If your plans require removal of slash and you would like to take advantage of this service, you will need to sign up as soon as the sign up period starts. We will also share information regarding Jefferson and Park County chipping programs as it becomes available. Historically, they resume operations on or about 1 June. Last year, Jeffco operated a site at the corner of US 285 and Pine Valley (accross from Crossroads restaurant). Park county's slash collection site is locatred in Bailey. There is a nominal fee for access to these sites.
