Woodside Park Water Users Association

Homeowners are required to complete a Water Users Association contract for each calendar year, indicating their planned outside water usage.  The letter and contract can be found here.

Please note that each homeowner's well permit is for inside water use only!  The Colorado Division of Water Resources governs augmented water usage, which includes outside usage for car washing, watering livestock, irrigated lawns and gardens, etc.  It is the responsibility of every homeowner to ensure they are in compliance with these regulations by accurately completing a water use contract each year.  Questions regarding the water contract should be directed to the President of the Woodside Park Water Users Association, Jim Livingston at 303-816-0176 or via email.
